Tiger rides horse in Chinese circus act

Does anyone STILL wonder why circuses that abuse animals should be outlawed??????? This is sick. Any parent who'd take his/her child to see this horror is a failure. (And their kids probably will be too, as a result of the bad parenting.) Disgusting. Positively disgusting. Watching it made me ill.
